To connect the microphone, plug the 3.5mm jack connector into the left shell of the headphones. Make sure the entire connector is plugged into the headphones for proper operation of the microphone. At the same time, check in the device settings that you have the headphone microphone set as an input device and the microphone is turned on on the headphone cable driver.
