If you have problems pairing, remove the headphones from the list of paired devices on your phone. Remove the headphones from the charging station. The headphones will automatically turn on and be ready for pairing. Turn them off by holding the multi-function button for 4 seconds. Then manually hold down the multi-function button on both headphones for 10 seconds until both headphones flash red and blue 3 times, then turn off for a moment and then flash blue. Then insert them into the charging station and pair according to the instructions in the manual.
