This depends primarily on the ambient light conditions and the situation which you plan to shoot. In general, it is better to record at 30 frames per second in the poorest light conditions (under cloudy, dark, or indoor conditions). In this mode, the camera has more time to render individual frames. However, in brighter weather conditions, or when you need to record fast movement, it is worth setting up a mode with 60 or more frames per second. When filming within Europe, it is also necessary to set the frequency to 50 Hz.
