This problem may occur if you have the G-Sensor set at the highest sensitivity. This causes each individual recording within the time loop to lock, thereby preventing deletion. The card’s memory then completely fills, which may cause the camera to freeze.
If you travel regularly on poor-quality roads, such as over cobbles, then we recommend the sensitivity of the G-Sensor be reduced. The higher the number ("G" value), the lower the sensitivity.
Another possibility is that you are using loop recording and the motion detection function. The motion detection function is for parked vehicles, while the loop record function is for road use.
