All claims and the complete servicing of our products are provided by an authorized service partner, VSP DATA, a.s. On our website in the "Contact" section, you will find the form, which must be filled out, along with the address of the service center. Please be sure to include all the necessary information, including the serial number of the product. This will allow the service technician to start working on your request as soon as possible. We apologise greatly if your product is not working properly. The good news is that we usually handle complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
